The challenge

The brief called for three different content streams from the same event, without a large crew or a bulky production footprint.

The production was built around a travel-friendly Sony A7IV setup with professional lighting and a compact audio solution, keeping the footprint small without lowering the standard.

A balanced shotgun microphone on a compact boom made it possible to bring attendees into the room and start filming quickly, without the friction of fitting lapel mics.

Long-lens event photography and video captured speakers, guests and interactions without interrupting the flow of the presentations or distracting attendees.
